Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. After that, we pack and dispatch it. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Yes! We ship to many countries outside India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the international shipping options applicable to your address.

At Triostitchers, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you've received an item that is damaged, defective, or not the correct size, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

  You must notify us within 7 days via email or our contact form, along with clear photos of the issue.
  

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Note: Returns are only accepted for wrong, defective, or damaged items. We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of the product after use.

We offer sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL (and sometimes 3XL). Each product page includes a size chart with measurements (bust, waist, length, etc.). We recommend comparing your measurements with our chart before placing your order. If you're between sizes, feel free to reach out to us — we can suggest the best fit.
